Help shape the future of ONet

The Rethinking Governance  initiative is inviting volunteers to join a series of focus groups to help co-create a renewed governance framework for ONet - one that supports meaningful engagement, reflects how the network truly works, and enables people to contribute with clarity and purpose. Your experience and ideas can help lay the foundations for a stronger, more connected network where participation is supported and action feels truly meaningful.

We aim to build a structure that empowers members to engage with clarity, share responsibility with confidence, and contribute in ways that feel purposeful and supported. You can help us to lay the foundations for a stronger, more connected network that enables people to take action and feel part of something bigger.

We’re looking for participants from across the ONet community - new and long-standing members alike - who are interested in how ONet works, how decisions are made, and how we can better support participation and collaboration.
Focus groups will be held online on 17 October 2025. Each session will be small, conversational, and last around 60-75 minutes. All input will feed directly into the initiative’s next steps, including a new governance framework and practical guide for the network.

Join us in building the next chapter of ONet.

If you’re interested in joining a session, please sign up via this form as ONet member, this form as current facilitator and via this form as former ONet facilitator.

The sessions are scheduled as follows (all times in CEST):

All ONet members: Friday, 17 October 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Current facilitators: Friday, 17 October 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Former facilitators: Friday, 17 October 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
