Speaker: Professor Harriet Bulkeley from Durham University, UK, and Utrecht University, Netherlands. Her work is concerned with the politics and governance of environmental issues. She has a particular interest in climate change and the roles of cities and other non-state actors in responding to this global challenge. The contribution to this webinar was prepared with Michele Betsill from University of Copenhagen, and Stacy Van Deveer from University of Massachusetts Boston.
