The aim is to promote positive long-term impacts for biodiversity, poverty alleviation and ecosystem resilience to climate change in Kenya’s Cherangany forest landscape."
The project partners include Kenya national institutions like Nature Kenya, National Museums of Kenya, Kenya Forestry Research Institute, Kenyatta University, and the Kenya Forest Service, as well as Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities.
