Biodiversity COP16: How can businesses play an active role? | webinar
Organized by the Business for Nature. This webinar is offered at two different times and will be presented in English with live translation available in Spanish.
As the UN Biodiversity COP16 approaches, the Business for Nature coalition is organizing its second global webinar, focusing on how businesses can actively contribute to the conference and showcase their progress in meeting the targets of the Biodiversity Plan (or Global Biodiversity Framework).
This public webinar welcomes all businesses, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
The main topics of discussion are:
- The importance of business engagement and active participation at UN CBD COP16;
- Why and how businesses can demonstrate momentum and contribute to renewed policy ambition for nature;
- The latest agenda for the Blue and Green Zone events at COP16;
There are two webinar options to accommodate different time zones:
a) Option 1: 8.30am – 10.00am BST; 9.30am – 11.00am CEST; 3.30pm - 5.00pm SGT
b) Option 2: 9.00am – 10.30am CDT; 10.00am - 11.30am EDT; 3.00pm - 4.30pm BST; 4.00pm – 5.30pm CEST
