The National Ecosystem Assessment (NEA) Initiative builds capacity and fosters knowledge exchange between countries undertaking national ecosystem assessments. Through this work, the NEA Initiative supports the work programme of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity & Ecosystem Services (IPBES) and the IPBES Capacity-building Rolling Plan.
